He who read the books builds and sells the shelves. In a dumpster, he might have the books, but the shelves probably would not fit. He is living pretty high.

Less shelves than more like horizontal walls, blocking my fingers from the books. I seem to remember reading more when they were stacked along the floor.
But those were commissioned for a friend (and for well below cost). My shelves remain ugly. Anyway I'm glad the problem isn't universal.
