Civil War in Iraq or Struggle of Good and Evil?

"Civil War" in Iraq? The politics of semantics. Meanwhile, "What is called 'torture;' what is called, 'freedom'"? Does the fit between word and reality depend on Bush's poll ratings? Editors may not "know reality," but reality checks are good all the same. For the Paper of Record, the right word is whichever word....

You tell me how to continue that last sentence.
